According to international Law principles and International Criminal Rules as well as their adaption to the existing reality related to Rohingya Muslim minority, the systematic violation of human right, crime against humanity and genocide in Myanmar is obvious. This issue has been addressed in UN and Human Right Watch and. The several examples of Rohingya genocide is providing ground for Myanmar State’s international responsibility. In this regard, the responsibility of international community to respect and guarantee the respect of other States regarding universal obligations (Erga Omnes), Jus Cogens and norms related to fundamental rights and human rights is litigable. From responsibility to protection doctrine, the sovereignty of a State is along with its responsibility, and if a State couldn’t perform its responsibility to protect its own citizens, the responsibility of international community is to be followed. Also, the responsibility of UN particularly security council as a main preserver of international peace and security as well as other international organizations such as Islamic Cooperation Organization is remarkable which in the present article has been studied and some recommendations regarding media being presented.
